We’re a family in Maine raising AKC Dobermans the simple way. Puppies are born and raised in our home, not in a kennel. They grow up around kids, daily life, and lots of attention. That makes them ready for families across Maine, Massachusetts, and the rest of New England.

Maine Dobermans started from a love for the breed. Dobermans are smart, loyal, and protective, but when raised with care they are also gentle and steady. We keep our program small so we can focus on health, good temperaments, and giving every puppy the right start.

Deposit

To reserve a puppy, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the total purchase price. This holds your place in the selection order for a current or upcoming litter.

Puppy Cost

This is the base price for uncropped puppies. All puppies are raised in our home, handled daily, and receive early vet care and socialization.

Cropping Fee

If you choose ear cropping, we coordinate the procedure with our trusted vet. This fee is added to the puppy’s base cost and includes post-op care until pickup.
